Self Confidence Can Replace Self Doubt

Those who are quick to see their limitations generally are slow in seeing their opportunities.

Movie producer Michael Todd once said, “Being broke is temporary; being poor is a state of mind.” So it is with opportunity. Whether you see opportunities or limitations is entirely within your control. How you view the world is a reflection of your mental attitude. If you focus on your inadequacies, you will be plagued by fear, doubt, and failure, but when you focus on your strengths, you will find courage, confidence, and success. Self-confidence can replace self-doubt only by deliberate, planned effort. When you start to doubt your capabilities, pause to review your previous accomplishments. Identify every experience that might be helpful to you in your present situation. When you apply the knowledge and wisdom you have accumulated, there are few limitations that you cannot overcome. FOCUS ON THE SOLUTION - NOT THE PROBLEM

Life says, “make good or make room, but don’t make excuses.”

In today’s management parlance, “Lead , follow, or get out of the way.” When you are actively working toward a goal, there are no failures; there are only degrees of success. Choose to be a leader. Take the initiative. When you are faced with a problem or a difficult decision, don’t waste endless hours agonizing over the solution. If you analyze the situation objectively, you will always find an answer. Don’t focus on the problem; focus on the solution. Then get into action. As W. Clement Stone often said, “The emotions are not always subject to reason, but they are always subject to action!” (Napoleon Hill Foundation)

You Have the Tools to Feel Good

Who you are and what you know when you are born is everything that you need to know to thrive. You are born with a sense of self and a sense of wanting self to feel good and the mechanisms to bring it about. --- Abraham-Hicks Publications

Busy People Are Not Procrastinators

If you want a job done promptly and well, get a busy person to do it. The idle one knows too many substitutes and shortcuts.

Most of us will never know our true capacity for achievement because we never challenge ourselves to perform at our best every day. This truism becomes apparent when you are presented with an opportunity that really interests you. No matter how busy you may be, somehow you will find the time to pursue it. Conversely, duties that have little appeal for you are easily postponed and eventually forgotten. Busy people are not procrastinators. They know that life, as John David Wright once observed about business, “is like riding a bicycle. Either you keep moving, or you fall down.” The most effective people have a sense of urgency. They set deadlines and force themselves to establish priorities. Even if your activities don’t usually require strict deadlines, set them for yourself. You will be amazed at how much you can accomplish in a short time -- if that’s all the time you have. (Napoleon Hill Foundation)

Waste no words on a man who dislikes you. Actions will impress him more.

Waste no words on a man who dislikes you. Actions will impress him more.

Some people think they can talk their way out of any situation, and for a time they may be right. But if someone already dislikes you, either because of a simple misunderstanding or an error in judgment on your part, he or she will be especially difficult to persuade with words. Their emotions will always get in the way of their ability to think logically and reasonably. Consistent actions over a sustained period of time, however, will usually persuade even the most devout skeptic. If you constantly demonstrate that you are a generous, kind, and caring person, it will be very hard for even your enemies to dislike you. In any case, you will become a better person for having made the effort. (Napoleon Hill Foundation)

Happy Ending

You can never have a happy ending at the end of an unhappy journey; it just doesn't work out that way. The way you're feeling, along the way, is the way you're continuing to pre-pave your journey, and it's the way it's going to continue to turn out until you do something about the way you are feeling.

Good Deeds - The Greatest Gift are Gifts of Your Time & Yourself

Count that day lost whose descending sun finds you with no good deeds done.

It is well known among those who make it a practice to help others that doing a service for another benefits the giver as much as -- if not more than -- the receiver. When you do a good deed for someone else, you become a better person. The positive effect that your good deed has upon you will endure long after it is forgotten by the recipient. Good deeds need not be large or costly. The greatest gifts are gifts of your time and yourself. A kind word or small courtesy will be remembered and appreciated. (Napoleon Hill Foundation)

What is Your Definition of Success?

Medals and titles will not count when you get to heaven, but you may be looked over carefully for the sort of deeds you have done.

It is a fundamental principle of Christianity, and many other religions, that in the afterlife the only real measure of success will be how you have lived your life, not how much money you have accumulated. Whatever your faith may be, a good rule of everyday behavior is to live your life so that when it is over you can take pride in the knowledge that you have made a difference in the lives of those who have known you. It’s easy in the crush of everyday life to lose sight of the true riches of life, the things that really matter. Psychologist Ilona Tobin defines true success as “giving and receiving love, having physical and mental health, enough wealth to provide you with options, and the time to enjoy them all.” Whatever your personal definition of success may be, make sure that it includes a healthy measure of the truly important things in life. (Napoleon Hill Foundation)

Taking Thought Beyond That Which It Has Been Before

You are on the leading edge of thought, taking thought beyond that which it has been before. Who cares what thoughts have led up to this. You're standing in the fresh now, and many of the thoughts that you vehemently oppose are the very thoughts that have given you the desire that has attracted the clarity of where you now stand. No matter how awful you think they might be, all were of value in the evolution forward. Every one of them.

If you don’t know what you want, don’t say you never had a chance.

The people who complain the loudest about never having an opportunity in life are usually the ones who always have a ready excuse for their failures. Nothing is ever their fault; they are victims of their heritage, their environment, insufficient education, or any number of other factors that they perceive as placing them at a disadvantage. If you look hard enough, you can always find reasons for not attempting something or not sticking with the job to the end. Successful people, though, are not excuse-makers. They take responsibility for their actions, they set goals, and they assume responsibility for their achievement. Where others see despair, they see hope. They approach every situation with enthusiasm, confident in the knowledge that nothing is impossible for those who have a Positive Mental Attitude. (Another great one from Napoleon Hill Foundation)

Fortune Sides With Him Who Dares

Don’t be afraid to aim high when choosing your life’s goal, for no matter how high you aim, your achievements may fall below it.

Many businesses today advocate “continuous improvement” as part of their quality programs. They have realized that to remain competitive in today’s global economy they must constantly strive to improve every aspect of the business, otherwise they will be overtaken by the competition. The same ethic applies to individuals. All of life is a continuous learning experience. Every success and every temporary setback only serve to prepare you for the time when you will eventually prevail. Your short- and medium-term goals should be realistic and achievable, but your long-term goals should always far exceed your present capabilities. As the Roman poet Virgil said, “Fortune sides with him who dares.” (Napoleon Hill Foundation)

ARE YOU AN ACHIEVER

A burning desire to be and to do is the starting point from which the dreamer must take off.

Many years ago, the commencement speaker at a prestigious university asked all members of the graduating class who had a definite plan for their lives to hold up their hands. As he looked around the room, only three hands were raised. Twenty-five years later, when the class held a reunion, the combined net worth of those three individuals exceeded that of the remainder of the class. People who know where they are going always achieve far greater levels of success than those who merely drift through life, expecting circumstances to create opportunities for them. Successful people create their own opportunities by focusing on goals with an intensity that borders on obsession. In this way, every action moves them toward their goal. LIFE IS SUPPOSED TO BE FUN

All is well, and you will never get it done. Life is supposed to be fun. No one is taking score of any kind, and if you will stop taking score so much, you will feel a whole lot better — and as you feel a whole lot better, more of the things that you want right now will flow to you. You will never be in a place where all of the things that you are wanting will be satisfied right now, or then you could be complete — and you never can be. This incomplete place that you stand is the best place that you could be. You are right on track, right on schedule. Everything is unfolding perfectly. All is really well. Have fun. Have fun. Have fun!

Jerry and Esther

A rudderless ship and a purposeless person are eventually stranded on desert sand.

The goals you set for yourself -- like the rudder of a ship -- will guide you toward your destination, and without them, like a ship without a rudder, you’ll find it impossible to stay the course. Make goal-setting a habit in your life. If you sometimes have trouble staying focused, set small, attainable goals and stick with the job until it’s done. Examples might include finding a faster, more efficient way to do a routine job. Or taking the most difficult jobs first when you have the most energy and your concentration is at its highest level. Save the easiest jobs for last. A few small successes will inevitably lead to bigger achievements. (From Napoleon Hill Foundation)

Never Tear Down Anything Unless You Are Prepared To Build Something Better In Its Place

This rule applies to both individuals and things. It’s easy to criticize other people thoughtlessly for their shortcomings, and equally easy to find fault in their work or in situations that are not to your liking. It is far more difficult to be a builder of people and to create works of art, useful products, or profitable businesses. Make sure you are a builder, not a destroyer of people and things. When you criticize the actions or work of others -- your children, your employees, or others for whom you are responsible -- make sure your criticisms are positive and directed at the act, or the opportunity for improvement, not the individual. Include specific suggestions for their application and focus on the potential for success. Napoleon Hill

Why Meditation Helps Us With Positive Thoughts

As you deliberately look for positive aspects in others who surround you, you will train your Vibrational propensity into increasing improved Vibrations. So it does not matter how many negative thoughts you have thought before, or how long you have been negatively focused. You can deliberately focus—right now—on an improved thought.

Because the Law of Attraction is responding to your current thought, more thoughts like that current thought are most likely to come into focus for you. In other words, the Law of Attraction (that which is like unto itself, is drawn) will continue to dish up for you more and more thoughts that match your current Vibrational frequency. And so, the more you deliberately choose better-feeling thoughts, the more easy and ready access you will have to much better-feeling
Thoughts.

We teach meditation because it is actually easier, in some situations, to help you find “no thought” than to find a positive thought. . . . There is no better path to wonderful, meaningful, good-feeling relationships than the combination of a daily meditation—allowing your Vibration to find its natural balance—and the deliberate focusing upon positive aspects.

If You Don't Know What You Want From Life-What Do You Think You Will Get?

The great majority of people in the world drift through life, never realizing that their future will be the one they create for themselves. The minority who achieve great success are people who know what they want and have a plan for realizing their objectives. They know what they want and how they are going to get it. Your goals should be specific, they should be measurable, they should have a deadline for their achievement, and they should be divided into manageable pieces. Know exactly what you plan to achieve, when you plan to achieve it, and how. Review your progress regularly, correct your course when necessary, and never, never give up. Napolion Hill

Be sure about what you want from life and doubly sure of what you have to give in return.

Examine the lives of successful people, and you will find that they have paid a price that is in direct proportion to the amount of success they have earned. Close examination will almost always reveal years of study and preparation before great success is achieved. This principle is consistent in virtually every field of individual achievement -- in the arts, medicine, science, or business. Nothing worthwhile ever comes easily. As you consider your own goals, also consider what you are willing to sacrifice for what you expect to receive. You should be prepared to give generously of your time and talents long before expecting a return on your investment. Many “overnight successes” labored in obscurity for many years before they were finally recognized for their achievements. (Napoleon Hill)

A Little Information About Me

I was born in Warminster, PA and have 3 brothers and 2 sisters. My dad was a preacher and ran an orphanage called Christ’s Home where I grew up. I studied music in my early years and I have enjoyed many years of singing and playing the piano.

I also worked in the construction industry for 35 year in Contract Administration and Office Management. Part of my career was in the Navy and I married a Civil Engineer in the Navy. We raised two terrific children and lived in many wonderful places. My children are grown, my son lives & works in Japan, my daughter in Baltimore, and I have two beautiful grand children that I love & adore.

The construction business has taken hard hits with today’s economy and the tension of this hit became very troubling to me in so many areas, so I started to look for something that I could do where I was in control of my destiny. I had to take back the wheel. I needed to fire my boss, basically.

I began taking a hard look at my life. After a lot of research and contemplation I found LifePath Unlimited (LPU). After taking the giant step to make this huge change from working for someone else to working for me and helping others, my life began to grow in ways I had never known were possible. LPU, it’s community and the products that they offer have helped me find “another way” to accomplish living my life under my own terms. I am achieving more growth than I ever could imagine in my financial, spiritual, and personal development. I have personally seen the achievements that people can conquer if they open up their hearts and minds and learn ways that can absolutely make their lives better. Part of my excitement with my new career with LPU is that not only will I continuously grow to be a happier, and better person and prosper in all areas of my life – I have enjoyed the privilege of helping others also realize that they too can live their lives on their own terms. I have always wanted to help others and my training in this business has made that possible. Finally I am in control and doing what I truly love.

In the last year I have spent endless hours researching the industry and educating myself as much as possible so that I can share this knowledge with anyone that needs help in getting started in the home business industry and in their own personal development. My goal is to actively listen to those that reach out for help and do my best to help them get to their destiny with the help that they will need in addition to their determination to make it happen. It starts with a strong desire to change, that has to come from you. My goal is to help guide others to shape their destiny and grow into the person they were meant to be.

Focus on What You Want

From The Secret Daily Teachings

The process of creation is the same for all things, whether you want to bring something to you or remove something negative from your life.

If you have a habit you wish to break, or anything negative you wish to remove from your life, you must focus on what you want. That means you visualize and imagine yourself in that negative-free state right now. Imagine yourself in as many scenes as you possibly can where the negative situation is completely absent. Imagine yourself happy and free. Eliminate any picture from your mind of you with the negative situation. Just imagine yourself in the state you want to be in, and feel that you are that, right now.

Facebook EdgeRank - Important FB Ranking Info.....

Facebook EdgeRank - What is it and Why Do I Need to Know About It?
Written by Nicky Price on Jun 2, 2011 5:38 pm

Okay so just what is Facebook EdgeRank?

Well earlier this year Facebook changed the default view status of updates that appear on everyone’s wall or profile. It used to be that if you posted something, you would see the latest post showing up on your wall. Now it is different. The default setting is to show the ‘Top Posts’ now rather than the ‘Most Recent’. You can guarantee that most Facebook users have not even noticed!

So how does Facebook EdgeRank work?
Well some of the Facebook “gurus” are calling Edgerank the SEO of Facebook, (in other words this is how Facebook “ranks” your pages) so if Facebook is using EdgeRank in their algorithms to rate your page and content, then I’m sure you would find it helpful to know how it works – right?

Essentially the higher the Facebook EdgeRank score, the higher your content appears in the News Feed which is important for maximum exposure of your content.

(And if you don’t really want to know the technical stuff, but you want to know what it means for YOU, then just miss out the next paragraph okay?!!

Objects and Edges

Everything on Facebook is an object, so that means that everything you post, write a note about, upload a photo or video is an “Object”.

Any action that you or your friends take on the “object” such as commenting, clicking “like”, sharing or any other action, is called an “Edge”.

Now it is said that the Facebook Edgerank algorithm is based on Affinity, Weight, Relevancy and Time.

Affinity: – The social value of the “object” – i.e how many likes, shares, tags, comments etc

Weight:- Facebook gives a “weight” preference to comments, posts, shares etc so for example videos rank higher than photos for example.

Relevancy:- Now this is an important one, this is about the relationship between the creator of the “object” and the user. So if someone makes a point of commenting on your post, then make absolutely sure you comment right back because facebook notices this!

Time:- This is how recent your post is and therefore the speed at which the comments or shares of your “object” have been done – the faster the better and so Facebook assumes this is current, live information and prompts an immediate response

That’s too Technical – Just Tell Me What Facebook EdgeRank Means For ME!
Okay well if that confused you a little bit – What this means is that Facebook will now use their EdgeRank system to display the post on your news feed that has the most comments or likes associated with it, because they feel you will be more interested in this than another post from a friend that has not received any comments or likes.

So quite simply this can be an AMAZING and FREE marketing tool for you if you just think about it carefully. Simply design some of your posts to literally “Attract” interest and controversy either by a question or a picture or video designed to pique curiosity and get lots of comments. Ask questions, do surveys, be controversial because the amount of Facebook activity that your comment provokes has a direct result on where you will appear in the newsfeed. Lots of comments and activity will mean that you feature on top of all of your friends newsfeeds, and THEIR friends newsfeeds for at least 24 hours or so.

So would you like to know your Facebook EdgeRank Score?

Well you can! Simply go to http://EdgeRankChecker.com.

Simply login through Facebook, select the fan page you want to check and then select a date range and you will get your Facebook EdgeRank Score.

The Law of Attraction and Your Past

From The Secret Daily Teachings

There is no past or future for the law of attraction, only the present, so stop referring to your life in the past as very difficult, or full of hardship and pain, or in any other negative way.

Remember that the law only operates in the present, so when you speak of your past life negatively the law is receiving your words and sending those things back to you NOW.

SETTING S.M.A.R.T GOALS

One of the main reasons why most marketers never achieve their goals and dreams.

There is a very specific formula you can use to start hitting more of your goals, and start achieving your dreams.

You see, I've always wondered why very few people make it in this industry, while many fail miserably...

The successful marketers get to live the dream lifestyle, travel, and spend most of their time with their loved ones...while those that don't succeed struggle just to make ends meet.

I've been fortunate enough to become friends with some of the most successful people in our industry, and I've picked up a lot of their keys to success.

It all starts with how they set their goals.

Did you know that "how" you set your goals has a lot to do with whether you achieve them or not?

It's true...

All the successful marketers in our industry set S.M.A.R.T goals, while the rest set regular goals.

In fact, EVERY successful person in the world (regardless of industry), sets S.M.A.R.T goals.

S.M.A.R.T is an acronym for:

Specific
Measurable
Achievable
Realistic
Time limited

If you want to achieve a goal, it must be:

1. Specific:
A specific goal has a much greater chance of being accomplished than a general goal.

2. Measurable:
You need to have some way of measuring your progress if you want to achieve your goal.

3. Achievable:
A goal must be achievable. For example, setting a goal to break the 100m world record when you've never ran track is NOT achievable.

4. Realistic:
A goal has to be realistic. For example, if you've not made your first sale yet, it's unrealistic for you to set a goal to become a millionaire in the next 3 months.

5. Time limited:
You need deadlines for all your goals. A goal without a deadline is only a wish.

Here are some examples of regular goals and their S.M.A.R.T counterparts:

I want to get in shape (regular goal).
I will lose 10 pounds in the next 10 weeks by working out 3 times every week (on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) and cutting out all junk food from my diet (S.M.A.R.T goal).

I will fire my boss (regular goal).

I will fire my boss by December 31st 2012. I will do this by dedicating 4 hours every day after work to build my network marketing business (S.M.A.R.T goal).

Those are just a few examples, but I'm sure you get the point.

You can also break those goals into smaller sub-goals to make them more S.M.A.R.T.

Do this for every single goal you set from today and you will quickly see the results.

Your Body is Constantly Listening to Your Thoughts

You probably already know a great deal about how to live a healthy lifestyle, and you most likely do your best to take care of yourself physically. You eat right, exercise pretty regularly, take vitamins, and even get regular check-ups with your doctor. And everywhere you turn, there is information on what keeps you healthy and what makes you sick. In fact the information out there may seem at times just too overwhelming and confusing to put into practice.
What if no matter what you do, no matter how well you eat, how much you exercise, and how positive you keep your outlook in life, you still experience illness, disease, or chronic pain? You feel anxious, frustrated, and maybe even betrayed by your body. And you definitely feel stressed!
Stress has long been recognized as the #1 contributor to declining health, disease, and illness. And no doubt about it, you live in a stressful society. While stress may be unavoidable, you don’t have to be a victim of it. Illness, pain, and disease are not the inevitable result of living. They are the last-ditch effort of your body to say, “Hey! Pay attention here. Something is out of balance.”
The body-mind connection is well documented and widely accepted by the medical community. What affects one impacts the other. If your body is under stress, fighting an illness, or experiencing a chronic condition, your mind is impacted, and you can easily fall into patterns of anxiety, insecurity, and fear. If your mind and your thoughts are filled with fear, anxiety, and negativity, it will impact your physical health over time.
What you believe to be true about your health holds greater power and has greater impact on your state of health than what you eat or how much exercise you get. Depending upon your state of emotional and physical health, your body can become an enemy, a failed ally, or it can operate as a good friend.
The great news is that your body is designed with an innate ability and power to heal itself. You may need to find ways to support your body in coming back into balance, such as eating healthy foods, getting regular exercise, and working closely with your doctor, but it has a built-in healing system that gets to work immediately when you get out of the way and allow it to do its job.
There are many studies that show your health is a physical manifestation of your thoughts, beliefs, patterns, choices, and behaviors and that your state of health is often a reflection of what you unconsciously believe to be true about yourself and your place in the world.
This can cause you to feel down, frustrated, and helpless, especially if you are experiencing chronic pain, unrelenting stress, or a serious illness. But I want you to know that it is not your fault, and the good news is that regaining physical health is possible if you shift what you believe to be true about yourself and your health.
Your body is alive with unknown abilities and looks to you for direction on how to operate—either effectively or poorly. Those unconscious beliefs you hold and the choices and decisions you make greatly influence your state of health.
In fact, your body is constantly listening to your thoughts. There is never a moment when it is not paying attention to what you believe, what you think, and what you say. Every fearful, negative thought you have affects the very cells of your body and contributes to poor health just as every thought filled with joy, optimism, and a positive outlook contributes to great health.
Many of us have learned through experiences in our lives to tune out our feelings. Being disconnected from your thoughts and feelings has become an unconscious habit—one that can have detrimental effects on your health over time. Maybe you experienced trauma early in life that disconnected you from your feelings, or maybe you were told by words and actions to “stuff” your feelings, to stop crying and be happy. Over time you might have just lost touch with what was happening within your physical body.
The good news is that although your thoughts contribute to whatever health challenge you may be experiencing now, it is also true that your thoughts can contribute to healing it.
What you choose to pay attention to becomes your reality, and once you understand that you have the ability and the power to change your mind, you can transform the state of your health.
You may be saying to yourself right now, “That’s all well and good, but what do I do to change this?”
Regaining and maintaining greater health and vitality is possible when you shift what you unconsciously believe to be true about yourself and the world you live in. That’s where the Four Essential Keys to Self-Healing come in.
Applying these Four Keys places the ability and power to heal in your hands. You take charge of your health in new ways, and you reap the rewards of better health and greater vitality. All healing is self-healing because only you can employ the tools and techniques to create a better state of health. Others can guide you, support you, and offer you their help, but it is you taking responsibility for your health and using these Keys that gets you back on the path to health and wellness.
Essential Key #1 - Awareness
Awareness is the first step in healing. It is the key that unlocks the door to your theta codes. Without being aware of your thoughts, beliefs, and what is happening within your body, it is difficult to create the state of health that you desire.
Your body follows the direction of your mind. Where does your mind go when thinking about your health? Do you even know what you are thinking and feeling right now? Take a moment here and close your eyes. Tune into your mind—what thoughts are running through your mind? Tune into your body—what feelings can you become aware of? Your thoughts and feelings “feed” your body and tell it how to be. Your body is always listening to your thoughts and feelings and always trying to communicate with you.
That is why it is essential to become aware of what you are feeling, what you are thinking, and when you are out of balance. When you become friends with your body and pay attention to its messages, you can often catch a health issue before it takes hold or in the early stages.
Essential Key #2 - Forgiveness
Forgiveness is the balm of healing. Holding on to your pain story and refusing to forgive the hurts and wounds of the past holds you and your body hostage to those negative, fearful thoughts. Over time those thoughts and their corresponding feelings can negatively impact your health. Your body reaches a point at which it cannot compensate for all the trapped negativity and fear—and health challenges can set in.
Forgiving yourself and others unfreezes those trapped emotions and limiting beliefs, which then creates a space for healing to begin. It is like setting yourself free from a self-imposed prison. The body then can begin to come back into balance and heal itself.
Forgiveness is never about the other person, and it is not about saying that what happened is OK. Forgiveness is always about your being willing to let go of the beliefs and emotions that make you sick. When you forgive who and what needs to be forgiven, you become free to decide that you, your life, and your health are MORE important than anything else in that moment. You begin making new decisions and new choices, which takes you in the direction of healing.
There is tremendous freedom in forgiveness and releasing the burden of carrying old pain. Without forgiveness, healing is very difficult.
Essential Key #3 - Allowing
Trying or efforting to get healthy is ineffective and exhausting and contracts your energy. What if you just stopped trying to be healthy and allowed the energy of good health and vitality? How do you think your health would change?
Trying is the energy of searching but never finding and lies within the realm of your conscious mind. “Try, try again,” we are taught. This creates resistance to change, because it is not allowing change to happen.
Allowing, however, comes from that greater intelligence that lies within you. It expands you beyond boundaries of limitations and fearful thinking, and it opens access to your theta codes. When you allow what is to be just that—what is—without judgment or fear, the bonds that tie you to an illness are broken, and your body is free to come back into balance and harmony with itself. It can then put its energy into creating greater health and vitality naturally.
Essential key #4 - Receiving
Receiving is the energy of trust and faith that everything is possible. It locks in the healing. Increasing your ability to receive love, support, healing, nurturing, and care opens you to physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Your act of receiving activates your theta codes and allows your body to heal on even deeper levels.
For so many of us, receiving is difficult. We have been taught to be “givers” but not receivers. The truth is that receiving is an act of love. When you open to receive from another, you allow that person the opportunity to give. Giving and receiving are not mutually exclusive. They are two sides of the same coin—the coin of healthy living.
Using these Four Essential Keys, you can free yourself from negative thoughts and beliefs and begin a new relationship with your body that leads to greater health and more vitality. As you free yourself from unhealthy thoughts, become aware of your body’s messages, practice forgiveness, and allow and receive good health, your body will get to work doing what it does best—healing itself. It may even feel like magic.
Say yes to your good health. Say yes to a greater joy in living right now. Say yes to the magic of your greatest healing state. Take charge of your health by using these Four Essential Keys to unlock your theta codes and begin healing right now.
I witness your great health,
Bonnie Strehlow

1. Commit and follow through with your decision to start, build, and grow your business.

Finally, as Robert Kiyosaki says, be sure there is ongoing Personal Development Training and Mentoring.

5. Stay in touch with your enroller often to review your progress, especially in the first 30 days. Take the time to build a solid infrastructure in your business.

6. Take personal responsibility, and have accountability every day.

7. Have patience, Rome wasn’t built in a day!

8. Identify your goals and chart your progress daily. Ask yourself, “Is what I am doing right now moving me towards my goals or away from my goals?”

9. Make business decisions based on Facts, not Fear.

10. Finally, when seeking advice regarding your business, rely on the wisdom of the successful and experienced people in your industry, not on your spouse, family or friends. After all, if you required open heart surgery, you would not seek the advice of a brain surgeon!

The Story We Create About Ourselves

A Secret Scrolls message from Rhonda Byrne
Creator of The Secret and The Power

From The Secret Daily Teachings
You can limit yourself by the story you have created about you. Here are some simple examples of how the story we have created about ourselves can limit us:

I am no good at math. I have never been able to dance. I am not a very good writer. I am very stubborn. I don't sleep well. I am very moody. I struggle with my weight. My English is not good. I am always late. I am not a very good driver. I can't see without my glasses. It is hard for me to make friends. Money seems to slip through my fingers.

The moment you become aware of what you are saying, you can delete these things and rewrite your story!

May the joy be with you,

Advise from Todd Falcone - Are you Making it in Network Marketing?

10 Reasons Why You May Not Be Recruiting and Sponsoring Anyone
1. You aren't really working. Many people kid themselves into believing they are actually working when they really aren't. The big question is, how many people have you talked to in the past week about your business? Be honest with your answer.
2. You aren't asking enough questions. Start being more interested and more inquisitive. Be genuine. Focus on what they want.
3. You're scared. Perhaps you may be over-thinking and letting your head get in your own way. Stop the mental spin. Just take action.
4. You're focused on the wrong thing. People do this all the time. They focus on themselves rather on what they can do for others. Change your focus and change your results.
5. You're too timid and worried about what they think. Stop worrying about what others think. Just do. Maintain control. Own it. You have the deal. Act like it.
6. You aren't finishing. Don't be one of those people who start the process and not end it. Your prospect is HOPING you call them back...at least the good ones are. Don't be a ball-dropper. Follow up.
7. You don't have the best deal on the planet, so stop saying you do. No matter how good your company, comp plan or product is, STOP saying "We're the Greatest!" Put your feet back on the ground and take a breath of reality. It's fine to have a good product, comp plan, etc. without having to LIE and say you are the best thing since sliced bread. Nothing screams scam more than hype.
8. You don't believe. This one kills tons of people. You either don't believe you're worth it or that you aren't capable. You are! You ARE worth it. And...you ARE capable. Stop the negative flow of energy. It isn't serving you.
9. You aren't listening. Start listening to your leaders, the ones who are REALLY producing and STOP reinventing the wheel because you think you are cool or good. Make your first 10k a month their way and if you wanna go screw it up after that, you're free.
10. You're scattered. Focus on one company. Big produces don't do multiple deals, so why should you. Make sense?
(from Todd Falcone)

I PROMISE MYSELF

To be so strong that nothing can disturb my peace of mind.
To talk health, happiness, and prosperity to ever person I meet.
To make all my friends feel that there is something worthwhile in them.
To look at the sunny side of everything and make my optimism come true.
To think only of the best, to work only for the best
and to expect only the best.
To be just as enthusiastic about the success of
others as I am about my own.
To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the
greater achievements of the future.
To wear a cheerful expression at all times and give a smile
to every living creature I meet.
To give so much time to improving myself that I
have no time to criticize others.
To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear,
and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.
To think well of myself and to proclaim this fact to the world,
not in loud word, but in great deeds.
To live in the faith that the whole world is on my side,
so long as I am true to the best that is in me.

Time Management for the Entrepreneurial Woman

So Much To Do! So Little Time!

Ineffective time management is a culprit that deters many entrepreneurial women with respect to financial success.

Factors associated with poor time management skills include:

- Stress
- Procrastination
- Inability to set realistic boundaries (we can do it ALL!)
- A lack of prioritization
- A non-existent time management system
- An ineffective or out-dated time management system

In reality, there is enough time. Time exists for us in the manner we choose to perceive and manage it. Doors of opportunity emerge once we’ve established time-flow (and space-flow) for ourselves. Uncluttered time nurtures creative, energetic thought processes. Energized thinking leads to dynamic, goal-oriented results!

Time Management: A Key To Financial Success

As an entrepreneurial woman, you know to be very clear and precise with respect to your financial vision. Once you’ve identified what you specifically want to accomplish, your next step is to confidently create and implement a time management system unique to your business lifestyle. Your goal in doing so is to thrive with optimal flow and efficiency! Nothing less.

Given your particular lifestyle, how can you arrange your time more effectively?

- Are certain days (or hours of the day) more conducive toward certain activities?
- What activities can be combined and streamlined?
- List what you can eliminate or delegate.
- If it no longer works, it’s gone.

I’m an early riser with a family of furry pets. I also care for a small colony of spayed and neutered feral cats. I block off my very early morning hours to care for and feed my pets, the ferals and myself, to pray and meditate while expressing joy for the upcoming day, and to tidy my house.

I’ve created a flexible block of time for my early morning activities. The remainder of my day is blocked off into additional flexible time slots relevant to my business lifestyle. I open each business day with a review of my Action Plan and my Activity List for that specific day / week / month, including anything pending which requires follow-up. I try to shut down my activities at a specific time because I’ve learned what happens when you run yourself ragged. I’m no stranger to burn out. Even one time around is one time too many.

Only You Can Do It!

Although effective time management is a key to financial success, you must commit to action or face disappointing results.

- Identify an accountability partner to regularly meet with in person, via phone, or e-mail.
- Choose a no-nonsense gal or guy who will hold you totally accountable.
- Make sure that this person enthusiastically supports your vision and passion, as well!
- Track your wins. Note what works. Adjust and customize your system as necessary.

Your time management system is your unique creation. It is designed specifically by you and for you as a compass in navigating your entrepreneurial journey toward financial success. As your unique system begins to unfold, watch your life unfold and flow as contacts and financial opportunities emerge.

As you expand within your system, keep an eye on your business profits and bottom line. Notice a difference? Are they expanding, as well? As you find “time” to realize your financial vision, you’ll also be celebrating a revitalized and more purpose-driven YOU! Perhaps, not so amazingly, you’ll have all the time in the world to accomplish every magnificent undertaking you choose!

Here are four fundamental things to do to manifest money using the law of attraction.

1. Think more thoughts in a day of abundance than of lack of money.
2. Be happy now, without the money.
3. Be truly grateful for everything you have now.
4. Give the best of yourself to others.

Four easy steps. You can do them if you want it enough.

Abraham Lincoln on Success & Failure

Abraham Lincoln on Success and Failure

“My great concern is not whether you have failed, but whether you are content with your failure.” – Abraham Lincoln

Failure can either break us or make us. Those broken by failure are haunted by unpleasant memories. These memories are like shadows that lurk in front, behind, beside, beneath and above. It is also a cage that traps the mind, preventing it to entertain possibilities of freedom and success. They are convinced that they cannot do it; therefore, they will not try.

For those that failure could not break are those who became made “men.” Failure to them is not a ghost, but a friend who taught them well. It is also a stepping stone to wisdom. These men and women are convinced that true failure only happens when one gives up.

History has been kind to President Abraham Lincoln. He has been painted as probably the greatest president of the United States of America. It is the good thing that history also recorded his failures. It reflected his frail humanity but also showed his attitude of never giving up.

These failures could not stop him, he kept moving forward. The following is a short list of his ups and downs and ups.

1831 – Failed in business
1832 – Defeated for legislature
1833 – Again failed in business
1834 – Elected to legislature
1835 – Sweetheart died
1836 – Had a nervous breakdown
1838 – Defeated for speaker
1840 – Defeated for elector
1843 – Defeated for Congress
1846 – Elected for Congress
1848 – Defeated for Congress
1855 – Defeated for Senate
1856 – Defeated for Vice-President
1858 – Defeated for Senate
1860 – ELECTED PRESIDENT

He experienced defeat more than twice, but that did not mean he was a failure. Remember, that failures are only permanent if we stop trying. I believe the only real failure is the failure not to move on.
